Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop at MorningWale. We value your satisfaction with your purchase and would like to provide you with information about our policy regarding refunds and returns. The following terms apply to any products you purchase from us. Please review them carefully:

Once an order is confirmed, we generally do not accept return or refund requests unless the outer box or package seal is broken, or products are missing. Return/refund requests will only be considered under these circumstances provided the request is made within the specified time frame as outlined below. At MorningWale, we strive to find amicable solutions for any issues you may encounter with your order.

YOUR ORDER RETURN/REFUND RIGHTS

In Case the Package is damaged:

1. Return or refund requests will be accepted if the outer seal or package is broken or damaged.

2. You must report damaged products within 5 days from the date of receiving the goods or when a third party you have appointed, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

3. To exercise your right of return/refund, please inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to morningwaleorganicfarms@gmail.com.

4. In the email, please include the order number, an image of the invoice, and two images showing the damaged or spoiled outer box.

5. Returns cannot be accepted due to variances in taste, texture, color, or aroma. As our products are completely natural and primarily handcrafted, no two batches will be identical.

6. We will promptly replace the damaged product(s) or accept their return.

7. If there are multiple shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.

8. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

In Case the Product is missing:

1. Missing goods must be reported to MorningWale within 3 days from the delivery date via email at morningwaleorganicfarms@gmail.com.

2. In the email, please provide the order number, an image of the invoice, one image of the outer box, clear images of the opened box showing all received items, and the name of the missing product

3. Refund requests for missing products cannot be accepted, but we will promptly resend the missing product.

4. Our team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The goods are in their original packaging.
  • The following goods cannot be returned:

1.Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

2.Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, rapidly deteriorate, or have expired.

3.Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

4.Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
