MorningWale Gold Membership Terms and Conditions 

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the usage of the MorningWale Gold Membership ("Gold Membership") offered by brand name MorningWale.

By purchasing the Gold Membership, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Gold Membership Benefits

The Gold Membership offers exclusive discounts to members based on the plan they have purchased.

Members can avail discounts ranging from a minimum of 30% to a maximum of 70% off the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) on select products and services.

The discounts are applicable only during the validity period of the purchased Gold Membership plan.

Membership Plans

The Gold Membership offers various subscription plans with different durations and pricing options.

The cost, maximum discount, and validity period for each plan are clearly stated at the time of purchase within the App.

Discount Eligibility

Gold Members are eligible for discounts as per the terms specified for each subscription plan.

The discounts are applicable on products and services available within the App's platform.

The maximum discount a member can avail is unlimited during the validity period of their subscription.

Payment and Subscription

Payment for the Gold Membership subscription plans is to be made through the designated payment methods.

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

The Membership does not renews automatically, unless customer re-purchase the same.

Validity and Renewal

The validity period of each subscription plan is clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Upon expiration of the subscription, members will lose access to Gold Membership benefits unless renewed.

When a customer upgrades or downgrades to a higher or lower discount option, respectively, only the new membership plan, discount, and validity will be applicable.

Previous membership plans, discounts, and validity periods will not be carried forward after an upgrade or downgrade.

If a customer chooses to renew their membership in the same discount category, the existing balance of discounts will be added to the new plan. However, the validity period of the new plan will apply, regardless of the remaining validity from the previous plan.

Insufficient Membership Benefit Balance

If a customer's membership benefit balance is lower than the discounted price of a selected product, the customer must renew their existing membership to avail the discount.

The customer will be prompted to renew their membership before completing the purchase.

Discount Application in Cart

In case there are multiple products in the cart, the discount will only be applied to those products where the balance membership benefit can be applied.

If the membership benefit balance is insufficient for a particular product, the discount will not be applied to that product.

Modification and Termination

MorningWale reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Gold Membership program or any part of it at any time without prior notice.

In case of termination, members will not be entitled to any refund for the remaining subscription period.

General Terms

MorningWale reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Members are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically for any changes.

Continued use of the Gold Membership after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Noida Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida.

By purchasing the Gold Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with the purchase of the Gold Membership.
