MalaiMava Sattu

Traditionally, sattu, a Bihari staple, has been a regular feature in my household, though I personally did not favor it, particularly when prepared with salt. The alternative of sweetening it was not something I had considered. After exploring "Tvara" and seeking a convenient daily preparation method, my sister's suggestion proved to be a revelation. The resulting flavor profile is exceptionally pleasing.
